How can I change the amount of money that gets taken out of my paycheck for taxes?
You may change the amount of with-holdings that you claim by obtaining a W-4 form from your Manager. HR cannot give you advice on how much you should claim, however we can tell you that if you claim “0” the amount of taxes taken out of your paycheck will increase. If you claim “9” (the maximum) it will decrease the amount of taxes taken out of your paycheck.

How do I change the bank account that my Direct Deposit goes to?
If you would like to change your bank account, you must obtain a Direct Deposit Authorization Form from your manager. HR highly recommends that you do not close your original bank account before we have had time to process your new documentation, and you have seen your first deposit go into the new account. If you were to cancel the “old” bank account before your new one gets processed, and your paycheck is sent to the old one, you will have to wait until the old bank returns the funds before you can be issued a manual check.

I recently got married, how can I change my name with HR?
You can submit an Employee Information Form using the Employee Self Service page. (Click here for ESS.) This form has several sections where you can update your name, address, phone number, and many more things! In addition, HR will need a copy of your marriage license. If needed, you can ask your manager for assistance.
